How long do orders take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 10 to 14 days. We take time to make sure every piece is prepared and shipped with quality in mind. During busy drops, it may take the full two weeks, but the wait is worth it.
If it’s been over 14 days and you haven’t received your order or tracking info, feel free to contact me and I’ll make sure it’s sorted.
Where’s my tracking info?
Tracking numbers are sent automatically to your email once your order ships. If you don’t see it, double check your spam folder or search for “Bex Walsh Studio" in your inbox. Still nothing? Reach out and I’ll help you out.
Do you offer local pickup?
No, I don’t offer local pickup. All artwork is produced, packed, and shipped from my home studio, and keeping everything shipped helps streamline the process. If you’re local, the good news is that shipping is usually super fast. This setup also allows me to stay efficient while handling a high volume of orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Keep in mind international orders may take a little longer to arrive depending on customs and local carriers.
What if my order arrives damaged?
I take packing seriously, but if your order arrives damaged, contact me with photos of the issue and I’ll make it right. Your support means everything, and I want every piece to arrive as it should.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your address, contact me as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can update it for you. Once it’s out the door, it’s in the hands of the carrier, so timing is key.
Are all sales final?
Yes. All sales are final. Each piece is made in limited quantities, and everything is packed to order. Please double check your details before placing your order. If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue, reach out and I’ll take care of it.

Will items be restocked?
Prints and original paintings are limited and are never restocked once they sell out.
What makes these prints special?
Prints are made on museum-grade paper with vibrant colors and deep detail. Each one is hand-signed, numbered, and shipped with care.
How do I care for my print?
Handle prints gently and only by the edges — ideally with clean hands or cotton gloves. Avoid touching the surface directly. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. Framing with UV-protective glass or acrylic is the best way to preserve your piece long-term. Treat it like a collectible because that’s exactly what it is.
How often do you release new drops?
Drops happen every other month and the shop stays open for 48 hours only. Everything is made in limited quantities. If you want first dibs, sign up for early access through the mailing list

Do you take commissions or custom work?
You can submit a request for commission. via contact form or email. I'll review your request and get back ASAP.
